Surprise, surprise

Inspector Rex. Week in, week out, you know what you're going to get. An episode title that leaves you in no doubt of what to expect (Summer of Murder, Masked Death, Deadly Mask....), a reasonably cute detective, an even better looking dog, a trusty, sometimes crusty, support team, a dead body or two. Heck, even the wardrobe's the same. Anyone ever thought about getting Boeck out of that blue suit and leather jacket? Or Dr. Graf a new suit? Surely he must have got a blutfleck on it sometime?

If the series wasn't over, I'd think about starting a charitable foundation to fund the cast some new outfits. Wouldn't want to get up too close and personal with these guys. Peuww.

One thing surprises though. How comes Moser always gets the girls? Five seconds with Richie and clothes are off and they're all over him. Check out Summer of Death where Moser frequently gets butt naked. Brandtner he isn't. I rest my point.
