I was thinking the same thing, Feronia. Unless he's naturally curly and just normally keeps his hair cropped. I can't say I'm a fan of the curl.
No, a bit 80s, is the perm. Yes, it could be that he has naturally curly hair, WS. I vaguely recall an old film I saw him in on SBS once..."Four for Venice", or something like that...and I'm sure he had curly hair in that. Not good.
