Rex's life lesson from this episode is to be wary if you're a beauty salon/spa type. Slap on that fluffy white robe, sweep your hair into a towel turban, slap on that facial mask and you look just like everyone else (as Stock so adequately demonstrates). All well and good, as long as no one is looking to knock off your neighbour in the next cubicle and you become a victim of mistaken identity thanks to your common possession of the ugliest handbag in the world.
Initially, it looks as the underlying motive relates to a love triangle, as a lawyer is linked romantically to both women. Lawyers never seem to come off with a good rap in Rex!
The truth, as Moser, discovers is what you'd least expect.
This episode also seems the further development of the relationship between Moser and Sonja, despite Rex's best efforts to throw a spanner (not spaniel) in the works. Sonja's a bit of a fast mover, nipping off for a sneaky shower and strip while Moser is innocently cleaning up the pizza dinner. Not quite the dessert he expected!
Other players in this episode include Senta Berger , above, as Karla Wielke, Arthur Denberg, above, as Dr. Baumann, Mathias Kahler-Polagnoli , above, as Sascha, Gudrun Velisek, not credited in IMDB for this episode, Maria Flesch, not listed in IMDB at all and Daniela Gaets (enough already, see previous entries).
